Role: Founder
Tim Carew is the founder and Managing Director of TSI Flowmeters. Former MD of KGK’s Irish subsidiary, Tim returned to Ireland from Tokyo and established TSI Flowmeters in 1999, with a vision to bring disruptive process flow engineering solutions to the market.
TSI has grown into one of the world's most trusted providers of digital flow meters, present in over 12 countries and with a broad industry partner network spanning 4 regions internationally.
A recognised industry consultant and guest speaker, Carew is actively collaborating with University of Sheffield PODDS industry group’s Dr Stewart Husband, with the use of TSI Flowmeters on three PODDS research projects.
Tim holds a Masters in Engineering from Dublin City University and has gained recognition through the awarding of a National Enterprise Award in 2014 and being named on DCU’s wall of alumni in 2014.
Outside of the office, Tim enjoys keeping fit with long walks and dragging his beloved King Charles dog Alvin along for the stroll
